Let’s get your new Fusion X1 set up

1. Create your Xplora account

Open the Xplora app on your phone and choose your preferred sign-up method:

  • Sign up with email
  • Sign up with Apple 
  • Sign up with Google

Sign up with email

  1. Tap Sign up with email and agree to the terms and conditions.

  2. Enter a valid email address and confirm that you are not a robot.

  3. You’ll receive a verification code to your inbox. Enter this code in the app.
    Check your spam folder if you don’t see the verification email from Xplora in the main inbox.


  4. Once verified, you’ll move to the next screen where you’ll need to provide your details:
    • Name and surname
    • Password. Make sure it contains all the required characters
  5. Tap Create an account to complete your sign-up.

💡Before you become a guardian or contact and communicate with the device, you’ll need to confirm your phone number!

Sign up with Apple or Google

  1. Tap Sign up with Apple or Sign up with Google.

  2. When using Apple or Google to sign up, there's no need to verify your email, enter a password, or fill in your name — it's all done for you automatically.

    Just follow the prompts to sign up with your Apple ID or Google account.

  3. Your account will be created.

Activating your first-time subscription

Linking a SIM-card to an existing subscription

If you purchased your phone from our official webshop

You should have received an activation email from Xplora with a unique activation link. The link will be pre-filled with certain information. Simply complete the remaining details, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can select the subscription plan that suits your needs.
Your SIM-card will become active within the next hour and will be ready to be used in your phone.

If you purchased your phone from another channel

  1. Visit our activation page.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your phone. 
  3. You’ll be taken to the activation page where you can follow the remaining steps to complete the process and choose your plan. If you encounter any error messages, please refer to this article for assistance.
  4. Your SIM-card will become active within the next hour and will be ready to be used in your phone!

If you already have a subscription and need to link your new SIM-card, you can do this through your MyPage account. If you don't see the option to link your SIM-card there, our customer support team is ready to help. Just reach out, and we'll assist you in linking your new SIM-card to your existing subscription.

Getting started with your new Fusion X1 is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Plug in your Fusion X1 and let it charge fully before starting the setup.

  2. Open the SIM tray using the provided tool and insert your SIM card.

  3. Power On the device.

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen to setup your new phone.

  5. Purchase the subscription through the Start Page or the Xplora Guardian Phone.

  1. Visit our activation page and select the kid‘s phone.
    Make sure to power on your Kids Phone and connect it to Wi-Fi before continuing.

  2. Enter the IMEI number of your phone.

  3. Choose your Xplora subscription plan. 
     
  4. Link your IMEI with your email account. Please enter a valid email address and confirm that you are not a robot.

  5. You’ll receive a verification code to your inbox. Enter this code in the app.
    Check your spam folder if you don’t see the verification email from Xplora in the main inbox.

  6. Once verified, you will be redirected to the Xplora Guardian App and find useful information on what to do next

  1. Choose your Xplora subscription plan. 
     
  2. Link your IMEI with your email account. Please enter a valid email address and confirm that you are not a robot.

  3. You’ll receive a verification code to your inbox. Enter this code in the app.

  4. Once verified, you will be redirected to the Xplora Guardian App and find useful information on what to do next

2. Set up your device and start using the app

Once you've completed the sign-up process, you can either:

  • Set up your device by following the on-screen instructions

  • If you want to remain a contact or set up your device later, skip to the home screen of the app
